Following decades as a beloved seasonal farm market, the property was revitalized by the Fidelity Group to preserve the Rutherford’s legacy while expanding its role in the community.

The approximately 1,200-square-foot market bridges the gap between a traditional farm market and a convenient small-town grocery store, offering seasonal local and Ontario-grown produce, fresh in-house baking, dairy products, everyday grocery essentials, grab-and-go meals, specialty foods, and unique products from local and regional suppliers.

The goal of Rutherford’s Market is to provide Colborne, Cramahe Township, and surrounding communities with a convenient, accessible, 12-month-a-year shopping destination that supports local food, creates local employment, and evolves alongside the needs of the community.
