Following the retirement of longtime owners Dave and Sherry Rutherford, Fidelity Group undertook an ambitious project to transform the beloved seasonal market into a modern, year-round operation designed to serve residents of Colborne, Cramahe Township, and surrounding communities.
Beginning on January 5, 2026, teams worked diligently to renovate and modernize the existing facility. Over the course of four months, the building underwent extensive interior and exterior improvements, including new mechanical systems, lighting, retail fixtures, customer parking improvements, accessibility upgrades, signage, merchandising systems, and a complete refresh of the customer experience.
The result is a convenient neighbourhood market offering everyday essentials, fresh baked goods, seasonal produce, dairy products, packaged grocery items, grab-and-go foods, specialty products, and locally sourced offerings when available.
