January 2022 — Fidelity Acquires 67 Acres in the Grafton Settlement Area
In January 2022, Fidelity acquired approximately 67 acres within the Grafton Settlement Area, establishing what would become the New Danforth Development Site. The acquisition further strengthened Fidelity’s long-term development portfolio in Northumberland County and represented an opportunity to plan a significant new residential community. New Danforth would become part of a much larger vision for responsible growth in the area and another example of Fidelity’s long-term commitment to investing in the communities where it operates.
