February & June 2017 — Fidelity Enters Land Development and Homebuilding
February 2017 marked an important evolution for Fidelity with the purchase of its first development property, the Foxtail North Development Site. The acquisition represented Fidelity’s first significant step into land development and laid the groundwork for a broader vision of creating communities from the ground up. Just four months later, in June 2017, Fidelity Homes Inc. was established, expanding Fidelity’s capabilities beyond servicing and developing land to include the construction and delivery of new homes. Together, these milestones began Fidelity’s evolution into an integrated development, construction and homebuilding organization.
