Fidelity acquires its first licensed aggregate resource, located at 13945 Telephone Road in Cramahe, Ontario. The acquisition represents an important step in Fidelity’s continued vertical integration, providing the Group with direct access to aggregate resources to support its growing heavy civil, construction and development operations. Strategically located near Highway 401 and zoned to accommodate future related uses, the property also provides Fidelity with the flexibility to expand into asphalt and/or concrete production as future growth and infrastructure investment along the Highway 401 and surrounding transportation corridors create new opportunities.
