August 2021 — Colborne Ridge Acquired and Eastfields Is Born
August 2021 marked another major expansion of Fidelity’s residential development portfolio with the acquisition of the Colborne Ridge Development Lands. Following the acquisition, Fidelity reimagined and rebranded the development as Eastfields, creating a new identity and vision for the future community. The project represented a significant step forward in Fidelity’s evolution as a community developer, bringing together the company’s growing expertise in land development, engineering, construction, servicing and homebuilding.
