December 2020 — Twenty Park Development Lands Acquired
In December 2020, Fidelity expanded its development portfolio with the acquisition of the Twenty Park Development Lands in Colborne, Ontario. The purchase represented another important investment in Fidelity’s growing land development business and continued the company’s strategy of identifying properties with long-term residential development potential. By this point, land development and homebuilding had become increasingly important components of Fidelity’s broader operations and future growth strategy.
