Position Description:
Fidelity Homes Inc., located in Colborne, ON, is seeking a Sales and Realtor Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary 12 month contract position. Work schedule and location can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for Buyers
- Convert incoming leads to sales.
- Set and hold Buyer Consulting Appointments
- Analyze the Buyer’s needs and goals and direct them to a product that best accommodates their needs.
- Preview and show homes.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with buyers.
- Represent Fidelity Homes Inc. as a Sales and Realtor Relations Specialist
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of preconstruction properties to advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Receive deposit cheques and work with accounting for deposit receipts.
- Manage email and respond to agent requests.
- Process price changes and other amendments on listings.
- Organize listing paperwork.
- Answer sales phone and sales email.
- Load listings to various boards and update them as necessary.
- Complete APS paperwork and related offer/listing forms
- Respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Greet and direct in-office clients/other associates pleasantly and professionally.
- Keep listing packages/forms and sales office materials fully stocked.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Greet and welcome agents and their clients in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
- Maintain real estate records and ensure internal and public files are updated with the necessary information.
- Assist with data entry, creation of real estate documents and proofreading of documents.
- Generate leads and new business.
- Host consultations with agents where appropriate.
- Ensure that consistent follow up occurs during the closing process to give clients a seamless and positive interactive experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of neighborhoods within the building catchment area in order to provide clients with expert opinions on the areas they are interested in.
- Hold open houses in-person to establish potential buyers for your property while also establishing new lead opportunities.
- Keep an organized and active record of sales.
- Conduct sales follow up survey and record/report on data.
- Work home show booths as strategically selected throughout the course of the year.
- Help co-ordinate Social Media Platforms to promote the company brand.
- Assist with social media posts that build community.
- Raise awareness by showcasing the company and its services through social media, engaging existing and new followers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience and knowledge of Agreements of Purchase and Sale is required.
- Previous sales experience is required.
Compensation:
- Compensation will be negotiable.
