Rutherford’s Market is looking for a friendly and reliable part-time team member to join our growing market in Colborne.
We are a local market focused on great produce, quality grocery items, and friendly service for our community. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in keeping a clean, well-stocked market.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions
- Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays
- Assisting with produce displays and product rotation
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Helping with general day-to-day market tasks as needed
- Assisting in the garden centre and bakery when needed
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting light to moderate items
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail or grocery experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
