He has played an integral role in the evolution of the business and has helped position the company as an industry leader within the new home construction industry locally. James is a process driven leader who works tirelessly to enhance efficiencies within business operations and works towards better outcomes for the consumer. He has a keen eye for detail and works hard to live by the Fidelity standard of producing ‘only the best’ outcomes. James continues to push all Fidelity employees and trades to strive for the best workmanship and continues to keep the customer as the focal point of the Fidelity Homes Team.

Stephanie Wilson
Office Administrator
With over 15 years of professional administration experience, Stephanie’s attention to detail and organizational aptitude allows her to ensure the Fidelity Homes office runs efficiently. Stephanie’s customer service and communication skills make for a great initial contact for clients meeting Fidelity Homes for the first time.

Katie Partridge
Permit Coordinator & Architectural Designer
After graduating from the Architectural Technology program at Loyalist College, Katie began working in the residential construction field designing and coordinating the construction of houses in various parts of Northumberland County. After joining the Fidelity Homes team, she continued her education and became BCIN Small Buildings certified. Katie oversees all permit applications for Fidelity Homes’ various construction projects and has recently started working with clients to create custom home plans. Her building code knowledge, attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that every project starts successfully.
