STEP ONE

Your Vision

First impressions are everything, and we really look forward to meeting you and working with you on creating your vision and turning it into a reality! More importantly we want to make sure you are comfortable with our team, organization and our processes. 

The first step is to contact us and we will ask you questions and gather information about you and your needs. Then a meeting is scheduled at our sales office to meet and discuss your vision for your new home. This meeting, although introductory, will discuss project scope, budget, timelines, and outline our process from architectural design to construction.

We have our own design team to help you turn imagination into reality. We are also happy to work from existing plans, sketches or ideas that you already have. Afterall, we are here for you!

Following this, if you are comfortable moving forward, we will present a design contract and will begin developing home plans that will provide visualization and direction for the project. It will also allow us to more accurately forecast your pricing so that we can design the house to meet your budget.

STEP THREE

Only the Best Construction

This is where the true fun begins. Our passion at Fidelity Homes is, and always will be, the building process! 

From foundation to finish carpentry, we love taking your dreams from paper to property. Our team and our suppliers are extremely well vetted and will produce a product that you’ll be proud to share with your friends and family. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, and this is where we can demonstrate to you the true value of your investment. 

We welcome you to visit the project site during the build. Our skilled trades and craftsmen are all people we know on a personal level and we welcome you to take the time to get to know them as well. 

Fidelity Homes uses industry leading technology to track each project. We set up an online portal for your project that establishes our schedule, budget, change orders, product selections, job reporting, and organizes communications between us, our trade partners and our suppliers.

STEP FIVE

Client Care - Warranty Service

You’ve made a large investment and you’ve put a lot of trust in us. The great service and hard work continues when you move in. In fact, we take great pride in our after-care program at Fidelity Homes.

If there are problems that arise in the materials or workmanship of your project, let us know. Together we will decide on how to make it right. Our sole mission is to make sure that you are happy.
